Piled Foundation

This project in Hartford, Cheshire involved designing and installing a piled foundation and reinforced concrete ground beam for a double-storey side extension. Due to weak ground conditions, steel-cased driven piles were used to transfer loads to stable strata. The reinforced beam tied the piles together, creating a strong, compliant, and long-lasting foundation system ready for superstructure works.
